Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic team in <LOCATION>. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process by assembling various components with precision and care. Your expertise, mechanical dexterity, and ability to interpret assembly work instructions will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences through high-quality production.
Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical components according to specifications and schematics with the aid of small power tools.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers for quality assurance.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.
- Install finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets.
- Install & support manual assembly of all pcba's: including but not limited to gluing of components, testing of completed pcba's, load/unload selective solder machine
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Assembler or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers).
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and assembly techniques.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
