About the Role
We're a vintage and resale shop in the heart of Venice Beach looking for a Retail Sales Associate who knows fashion, loves the hunt, and can keep a busy, one-of-a-kind store running. 3-5 years of retail or resale experience preferred - but if you're earlier in your career with real passion for vintage, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Customer service: styling, recommendations, and suggestive selling
- Merchandise the store and build eye-catching displays
- Manage complex, ever-changing inventory
- Handle consignment and resale intake
- Keep day-to-day operations running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Retail or resale experience (vintage a big plus)
- Genuine passion for vintage clothing and fashion history across the decades
- Strong multitasking and a calm head in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter who brings order and energy to a creative space
