Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and physical examinations focused on venous health.
- Utilize advanced medical imaging techniques such as duplex ultrasound to diagnose vein disorders accurately.
- Perform minimally invasive procedures like VenaSeal, sclerotherapy, endovenous laser therapy, and other vein treatments with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals across specialties including dermatology, cardiology, and radiology to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Educate patients on vein health, treatment options, and post-procedure care to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records using EMR/EHR"s, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Skills
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and venous ultrasound medical imaging technologies essential for diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Strong knowledge of vascular anatomy, physiology, and minimally invasive surgical techniques related to vein disorders.
- Experience in performing outpatient procedures in a clinical setting with excellent patient service skills.
- Post-residency experience in vascular surgery or interventional radiology preferred; board certification in relevant specialty is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to educate patients clearly about their conditions and treatment options while demonstrating compassion and professionalism.

Pay: $375,000.00 - $475,000.00 per year
