Schedule
- Full-time position
- Daytime hours: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm or 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
- Perform maintenance and service on furnaces, air conditioners, and related equipment
- Install replacement HVAC equipment as needed
- Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding service recommendations and repairs
- Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service or installation experience
- Valid driver's license
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- HVAC Journeyman License preferred but not required
- Candidates with a valid HVAC Journeyman license will receive additional compensation
