Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bridal Fashion Showroom Coordinator to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Manage daily showroom operations, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Conduct each fitting working directly with the bride and their families
- Confidence in pinning, measuring and walking each bride through the process of wedding gown alterations
- Preform daily sewing tasks between fittings and assist the production team in keeping gowns properly organized each week
- Support branding initiatives by ensuring consistent visual identity across all showroom materials and displays
- Assist clients with selecting dresses, providing expert advice on fit and styling while delivering outstanding customer service
- Oversee inventory management and control of sewing supplies, fabrics, and office supplies.
- Use organizational skills to manage appointments efficiently, coordinate fittings, and ensure timely follow-up with clients
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional client experiences
Experience
- Proven experience in the bridal industry or customer service within a fashion or bridal environment is preferred
- Strong knowledge of garment construction and sewing skills
- Excellent communication skills combined with strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering exceptional customer service
