We are currently hiring CDL-A Team Company Drivers for a high-paying OTR opportunity with guaranteed weekly minimum pay, strong mileage rates, retention bonuses, and newer Freightliner equipment.
Pay & Mileage
- $0.85 per loaded mile
- $0.80 per empty mile
- Additional $0.17 per mile per diem pay
- Total effective pay:
$1.02 per loaded mile
$0.97 per empty mile
Consistent OTR freight- Teams stay out 3 weeks with option to return home for 1 week
Equipment
- Freightliner trucks
- ThermoKing APU
- 2000W inverter
- 72” sleeper
- Trucks governed at 68 MPH
Driver Retention Bonus Program (Split Between Drivers)
1-Year Program Total: $7,250
2-Year Program Total: $19,000
Driver Requirements
- Hazmat endorsement required
- Pre-made teams only
- Minimum 2 years of OTR experience
- No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years
- No felonies
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be able to obtain DoD Security Clearance (company assists and pays for the process)
- No reckless/careless driving citations and no more than 3 moving violations within the last 5 years
- No more than 2 accidents within the last 5 years
- Zero-tolerance DUI policy – any DUI is disqualifying
