Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative at New Standard Building Materials in Seattle, WA. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for customer satisfaction, lead generation, account management, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management
- Proven track record of delivering excellent Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the building materials or construction industry is a plus
- Work with dispatch for order deliveries
Duties:
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations
- Maintain customer records and update sales information in core system
- Communicate with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding customer base
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Create sales quotes from plan sets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Strong negotiation, organization and communication skills
- Familiarity with technical sales and account management practices
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Fluency in Spanish, Russian, and Ukranian is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
