Job Summary
We’re hiring friendly, skilled stylists who enjoy working with children and want to be part of a fun, upbeat salon environment. Currently offering a sign-on bonus, ranging from $400-$800, based on the number of hours committed to being worked each week. Our goal is simple: make every haircut a great experience for kids and an enjoyable day at work for you.
You’ll earn competitive pay (averaging $23–$33/hour with tips, commissions, and bonuses) while working with a steady stream of clients already coming into the salon, no need to bring your own clientele.

What We’re Looking for in Our Stylists
- Valid Ohio cosmetology or barber license
- Friendly, positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow with the team
- Comfortable using a simple POS system
- Availability for Saturday shifts
- Interest in staying current with kids’ hairstyle trends
