We are seeking an experienced and motivated Certified Surgical Technologist to join our established practice, Loria Medical, specializing in male enhancement procedures. This is a hands on clinical role for someone who enjoys working closely with patients and assisting in specialized surgical and aesthetic procedures within a professional and supportive environment.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a procedural surgical setting. This position provides operative, technical, and patient care support to the physician while assisting with surgical procedures, sterile technique, and general clinical responsibilities within the practice.
Responsibilities
- Assist the physician during operative and in office procedures by preparing instruments, maintaining sterile technique, and providing intraoperative support
- Prepare and position patients for procedures while ensuring safety, comfort, and proper alignment
- Assist during pubic, penile, and scrotal procedures and provide care before, during, and after treatment
- Assist with dressing application, wound care, postoperative patient support, and procedural support as directed
- Prepare treatment and procedure rooms, including cleaning, stocking supplies, and ensuring equipment is ready for use
- Support filler and aesthetic patients by preparing treatment rooms, applying numbing cream, preparing syringes and supplies, and assisting during procedures
- Educate patients on treatment plans, postoperative instructions, and aftercare expectations
- Perform general patient care duties including taking vital signs, preparing patients, and assisting with office procedures
- Monitor surgical instruments, medical supplies, and equipment, including sterilization and preventive maintenance
- Work closely with the physician and clinical team to support strong patient outcomes
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and all regulatory standards

Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist certification required
- 1 to 2 years of surgical or operating room experience preferred
- Experience with sterile technique, surgical instrumentation, and intraoperative procedural support required
- Experience in cosmetic surgery, dermatology, plastics, urology, or aesthetics preferred
- Strong communication skills with a professional and patient focused approach
- Comfortable working in a procedural surgical clinical environment
- Experience with EMR systems preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods during procedures
- Manual dexterity for handling surgical instruments and assisting during procedures
- Ability to lift and move light to moderate equipment and supplies
- Corrected vision and hearing within normal range
Work Environment
- Operating room and medical office setting with moderate noise levels
- Requires strict adherence to sterile protocols, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
