Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately into company database, including financial records, client information, and administrative documents
- Manage filing systems both electronically and physically to ensure easy retrieval of documents
- Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft dynamics GP to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing excellent customer support and support for internal teams
- Assist with front desk duties such as greeting visitors.
- Proofread documents for accuracy, spelling, grammar, and formatting before submission
- Support office management tasks including organizing files
- Process and record payments and other financial transactions
Skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with data entry tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clients and team members
- Knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills for handling inquiries via multi-line phone systems or customer support calls
- Clerical experience in an office setting or medical/dental reception is advantageous
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail; proofreading abilities are essential
- Customer service experience with a focus on professionalism and clear communication
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines; bookkeeping knowledge is beneficial
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
