Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Lead to oversee daily operations at our retail location. The Store Lead will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining stock replenishment, merchandising and driving sales growth. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of retail principles. The ideal candidate will be proactive, motivated, and capable of fostering a positive shopping environment that encourages team collaboration and customer satisfaction.
As a Full-time Retail Lead at our Annex Store, you would have a variety of responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Sales & Customer Support
- Providing excellent customer service on the sales floor, assisting customers in locating desired items, providing information on our features, sales/return policies, etc.
- Monitoring fitting rooms, preparing items not selected, for return to the sales floor. Returning merchandise to the sales floor.
- Operating a cash register to complete sales transactions.
- Assisting in the recovery of the store at end of the day.
- Work collaboratively with the sales floor team to meet store goals and customer expectations.
- Assist in training employees.
Product Processing & Inventory Flow
- Ensure that product is being marked down within the markdown cycle time frame.
- Assist with transferring product between the sales floor and warehouse in a timely and organized manner.
Organization & Visual Merchandising
- Ensure that product is being marked down within the markdown cycle time frame.
- Assist with transferring product between the sales floor and warehouse in a timely and organized manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized and well-structured Annex environment.
