Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all phases of construction management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your leadership will drive project success by managing teams, coordinating schedules, and maintaining compliance with construction regulations. Duties
- Lead project planning sessions to establish scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Develop detailed construction schedules and coordinate activities across multiple teams to ensure seamless project progression.
- Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes while maintaining strict adherence to construction plans and regulatory standards.
- Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work complies with all relevant construction regulations.
- Monitor project budgets closely, performing cost management and financial reporting to keep projects financially on track.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate effective communication and project alignment.
- Conduct regular site inspections, blueprint reading, and progress meetings to address issues proactively and keep projects moving forward efficiently.
Experience
- Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Gathering photo from every process and file them on hard drive and flash drive.
- Strong background in construction estimating, cost management, and contract administration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a construction management role while maintaining high safety standards
- Hands-on experience with construction site activities including safety oversight and quality assurance.
- Excellent time management skills coupled with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in fast-paced environments.
