Job Description:
As a Service Advisor/Assistant Manager, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and technicians. Your role is to ensure clear communication, accurate estimates, and an exceptional service experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and listen to their automotive concerns
- Write up repair orders and provide accurate estimates
- Clearly explain recommended repairs and maintenance
- Coordinate repair workflow with technicians
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up as needed
- Manage payments and maintain records of completed work
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an automotive service advisor or customer service role (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of general automotive systems and terminology
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with shop management software (e.g., Mitchell, Shop-Ware, RO Writer, Tekmetric, etc.) is a plus
- A positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Leadership, regardless of role
- Professionalism, yet willing to work in a productive and fun environment!

Pay: $38,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Experience:
