Our Lead Maintenance Technician’s position performs a broad range of simultaneous duties to include but not limited to:
*Perform maintenance, as required, to have apartments in a move-in condition in accordance with company standardization policy.
*Perform work orders as assigned.
*Maintaining pool and spa as well as other property amenities as assigned.
*Abide by all company policies and procedures as well as the property policies applicable to your particular property.
*Maintain overall curb appeal of community by completing the necessary repairs and clean-up.
*Coordination and overview of vendors performing services.
*Follow and adhere to Fair Housing laws.
*Reports or offers recommendations for community capital improvements or repairs, the development of job specifications, contract developments and negotiations.
*Must have experience with the following including but not limited to basic plumbing and electrical including HVAC, painting, drywall repair and appliance repairs.
-2+ years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician preferred
-HVAC Certification preferred
-Reliable Transportation and Driver’s License required
-CPO Certification preferred
