We are currently hiring experienced Aluminum MIG and TIG Welders to fabricate and assemble aluminum boat structures and components. This role requires precision, skill, and a

Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum components, including pontoons, hull, and deck structures.

Interpret and follow blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings.

Inspect welded joints and structural components for defects, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.

Operate and maintain welding equipment, including MIG and TIG welders, grinders, and other fabrication tools.

Prepare materials for welding, including cleaning, grinding, and fitting components.

Collaborate with the production team, engineers, and quality assurance personnel to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to specifications.

Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Identify and troubleshoot welding issues, making necessary adjustments to achieve optimal results.

Leverage MES to maintain accurate production records and material usage.

Assist in other fabrication tasks as needed.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Proven experience as an aluminum MIG/TIG welder, preferably in a boat manufacturing or marine environment.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.

Strong knowledge of various welding techniques, processes, and equipment for aluminum.

Demonstrated ability to perform structural and cosmetic welds on aluminum.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and problemsolving skills.

Good manual dexterity and physical stamina.

Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and take direction.
