Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, and social skills.
- Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective classroom management and behavior management strategies.
- Incorporate learning technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and understanding.
- Support diverse learners by adapting curriculum for students.
- Conduct assessments and standardized testing to monitor progress and tailor instruction accordingly.
- Mentor students individually or in small groups, providing tutoring and early intervention when necessary.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support each child's holistic development and maintain open communication channels.
Requirements
- Proven classroom experience working with young children in early childhood education settings.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and behavior management techniques.
- Familiarity with teaching physical education, literacy education, math concepts, religion, art for young learners.
- Proficiency in learning technology tools and educational software used in modern classrooms.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
