HVAC Installer Helper – Join the 68 Degrees Team!
68 Degrees is looking for a motivated HVAC Installer Helper to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the HVAC trade, gain hands-on experience, and build a long-term career in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead installer with residential and commercial HVAC installations
- Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials
- Help install ductwork, furnaces, air handlers, condensers, and related equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Qualifications:
- EPA Certification required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must have 3 plus years experience
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Mechanical aptitude preferred
- Valid driver's license
