Overview
We are seeking an experienced Precast Laborer to support daily production of precast concrete products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with concrete production, rebar, form setup, casting, stripping, finishing, and safe material handling.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and clean forms for concrete production.
- Install reinforcing steel, embeds, and hardware according to drawings.
- Assist with concrete placement, vibration, finishing, curing, and stripping.
- Perform patching, grinding, and finishing of precast products.
- Safely operate hand tools and production equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow production schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a production team.
Qualifications:
- Previous precast concrete or concrete construction experience preferred.
- Ability to read basic shop drawings and follow instructions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift materials as required.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality.
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
