Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00AM - 3:30PM
Pay: $18–$26 per hour, depending on experience

What We're Looking For:
We’re seeking a warm, detail-oriented, and depdendable Front Office Dental Team Member to be the welcoming face and voice of our practice. You’ll play a key role in creating smooth, supportive experiences for families and team members. The ideal candidate is organized, confident with dental insurance and case presentation, and excited to work in a values-driven, wellness-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage scheduling to ensure efficient flow and optimal care
- Present treatment plans and review financial options with families
- Verify insurance, submit claims and attachments, handle appeals, and track unpaid claims
- Collect payments from patients and insurance
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and texts with clarity, promptness, and care
- Maintain organized, accurate patient records and financial documentation
- Support a calm, clean, eco-conscious front office environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a dental office (pediatric preferred)
- Proficiency in insurance verification, billing, and case presentation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy
- Passion for supporting families and working in a wellness-oriented practice
- Spanish fluency is a plus
