Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is seeking professional and dependable Armed Security Guards to join our team in the DeQuincy, Louisiana area. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate excellent customer service skills, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Must possess a valid Armed Security License prior to hire

Must be at least 25 years of age

Must have a clean driving record

Prior law enforcement, military, or security experience is preferred

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Reliable transportation

Active cell phone
-
Clean criminal background

Ability to pass a drug screening

Conduct regular and random security patrols
-
Monitor and protect assigned properties and assets

Report security incidents, hazards, and unusual activity
-
Enforce site-specific procedures and access control measures
-
Operate emergency and safety equipment when necessary
-
Complete daily activity reports and required documentation
-
Investigate security breaches and suspicious activity
-
Respond appropriately to emergencies and incidents
-
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
-
Ability to perform routine foot patrols
-
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when required
-
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
-
Ability to quickly assess situations and make sound decisions during emergencies
-
Ability to hear and identify alarms, emergency signals, and individuals in distress
-
Ability to walk, run, stand, sit, and climb as required by the assignment
-
Ability to operate a motor vehicle while performing assigned duties
