The Role
B&R Pools and Swim Shop is looking for an energetic Client Relationship & Sales Manager to drive our competitive swimwear team sales. You will be the primary point of contact for regional swim teams, clubs, and coaches—managing accounts, running team fittings, and representing us at major swim meets.
This is a dynamic, hybrid role that requires adaptability. Your time will be split between executing daily outbound sales calls/emails and returning client phone inquiries, working in-office to manage and fill orders, and traveling locally for on-site team fittings and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Outreach: Connect with local swim teams, schools, and summer leagues (via phone, email, and in-person) to secure apparel and gear contracts.
- Account Management: Oversee the end-to-end team ordering process, maintain custom team web pages, and coordinate with internal purchasing to ensure accurate fulfillment.
- Fittings & Events: Schedule and lead on-site team fittings in the greater Pittsburgh area.
- Swim Meets: Organize and staff 2–3 large USA Swimming meets annually (includes inventory selection, setup/tear-down, and on-site retail sales).
- Product Expertise: Advise coaches and parents on technical fabrics, sizing, and custom team branding.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales/account management or Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Sales, Business, or related), or active coach in Pittsburgh swim community
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Flexibility: Ability to work evenings and weekends during peak swim seasons for meets and fittings
- A passion for competitive swimming or coaching is highly preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
