Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Lead Chiropractor to join our vibrant healthcare team dedicated to improving well-being of families through expert hands on adjusting, instrument adjusting (Arthrostim), trigger point work, and SoftWave Therapy. We offer training. As the Lead Chiropractor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive chiropractic services, focusing on patient-centered treatment plans that promote healing, pain relief, and overall health. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, relaxed, FUN environment with a very experienced support staff. We offer high pay and low hours (28 scheduled patient hours), we close at 12:00pm on Fridays and require zero weekend hours. We pay for malpractice and offer TWO weeks paid vacation after one year of employment. There are no marketing responsibilities.
$95,000 BASE SALARY. Easy to achieve and generous bonusing.

Duties
- New Patient Exam, Consultation and Report of Findings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans including specific recommendations for services .

- Perform physical assessments using biomechanics knowledge and medical terminology to identify underlying issues within the musculoskeletal system.
- Utilize ChiroTouch Cloud EMR/EHR systems for precise documentation of patient histories, treatment progress, and care plans while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health goals.
Experience
- You must be proficient in hands on adjusting; we can train for all else.
