Who We're Looking For
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher required; graduates from Top 30 U.S. News-ranked universities or institutions of comparable academic standing are preferred
- Professional Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills; comfortable interacting with students, parents, and educational professionals; marketing, event planning, customer service, or related experience preferred (internship experience accepted).
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Mandarin, with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
- Professionalism: A passion for education, with a strong sense of responsibility and empathy; able to work under pressure, goal-oriented, and a team player; willing to take on rotations and multitask, with genuine belief in the value of education.
- Office Skills: Proficiency in Office and common productivity and social media tools.
Responsibilities
College Counselor Track:
- Prior experience in US high school / US undergraduate college counseling or academic planning advising; familiarity with the full US undergraduate counseling process; able to support the lead counselor in communications and services for students and parents (Mandarin Required)
- Professional Skills: Excellent communication and logical reasoning skills; skilled at understanding student needs and precisely matching courses and learning plans; familiar with the teaching characteristics of various grade levels, admissions policies, and curriculum systems, able to provide professional learning plan recommendations.
- Professionalism: A passion for education, with a strong sense of responsibility and empathy; patient and attentive with students and parents; able to work under pressure, goal-oriented, and a team player; genuine belief in the value of education and a commitment to supporting student growth through professional expertise.
- Basic Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above; proficiency in office software; strong customer service awareness and professional integrity.
Marketing Manager Track:
- Assist in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns (campus activities, seminars, trade shows, invitational events, etc.)
- Contribute to social media content planning and operations to boost brand awareness and lead generation
- Help develop and maintain partnership channels (schools, organizations, communities, etc.) to support enrollment and conversion
- Gather and analyze market and competitor data to inform campaign strategy and operational decisions

工作职责
升学规划顾问方向：
- 拥有美高美本教育行业升学咨询/学习规划顾问相关工作经验，熟悉美本规划全流程，能协助主导师完成学生及家长沟通服务工作(Mandarin Required)
- 专业能力：具备出色的沟通表达与逻辑梳理能力，擅长了解学生需求，精准匹配课程与学习方案；熟悉各类学段教学特点、升学政策、课程体系，能给出专业的学习规划建议。
- 职业素养：热爱教育行业，有强烈的责任心与同理心，对待学生及家长耐心细致；具备良好的抗压能力、目标感与团队协作精神，认可教育行业价值，愿意以专业助力学生成长。
- 基础要求：本科及以上学历，熟练使用办公软件，有良好的客户服务意识与职业操守。
市场经理方向：
- 协助策划并执行线上线下市场推广活动(校园活动、讲座沙龙、展会、邀约等)
- 参与社交媒体内容策划与运营,协助提升品牌曝光与获客
- 协助开拓与维护合作渠道(学校、机构、社群等),支持招生与转化
- 收集并分析市场及竞品信息,为活动方案与运营决策提供数据支持
