What You'll Be DoingSupport Clients in Their Own Homes
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other activities of daily living
- Prepare meals and assist with household routines
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Encourage independence while promoting safety and dignity
- Build trusted relationships with clients and their families

QualificationsRequired
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 35 miles for client visits
- Ability to pass a caregiving knowledge assessment
- Minimum availability of 10 hours per week, including one weekend shift per month
Preferred
- Previous caregiving experience
- CNA certification welcomed but not required
- Passion for helping older adults remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home
