Compensation
Average Earnings: Approximately $22–$24 per hour (base wage plus tip share).
Base hourly wage starts at $3.00–$5.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Tip share averaged approximately $19.00 per hour over the past year. Tip share fluctuates throughout the year based on business levels and Club activity.

What You'll Do
Deliver polished, personalized service to our members and their guests
Provide exceptional à la carte dining service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Assist with weddings, business meetings, wine dinners, holiday celebrations, and private events
Guide members through food, wine, beer, and cocktail selections with confidence
Accurately enter food and beverage orders into the POS system
Set, reset, and maintain dining rooms and banquet spaces daily
Work closely with culinary and service teams to ensure an exceptional member experience
Maintain the high standards of professionalism expected in a premier private club
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in upscale dining, fine dining, hotels, resorts, or private clubs preferred
Experience providing full-service à la carte dining
Banquet service experience
Basic knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, and classic cocktails
A polished appearance and professional demeanor
Strong attention to detail and commitment to hospitality
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Availability Requirements
Full-time servers are expected to maintain open availability, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and select Sundays.
Because these are among the Club's busiest and most important events, all service staff are expected to be available to work:
