Job Description
This position supports battery analysis and field issue resolution activities by performing analytical tasks, testing, and data preparation under the direction of a laboratory supervisor. Required Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience in laboratory testing, inspection, or technical support roles

Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or materials principles

Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate documentation

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Basic English communication skills for technical settings

Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods

Ability to handle components and perform manual tasks with precision

Responsibilities

Perform battery disassembly, inspection, measurement, and testing on cells, modules, and packs

Execute analysis tasks according to defined procedures and safety standards

Operate laboratory equipment and record test data accurately

Prepare raw data, reports, and supporting documentation for analysis activities

Maintain traceability of samples, test conditions, and results
-
Support laboratory operations including equipment checks and sample handling

Assist in field issue investigations by generating technical data and evidence

Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams on problem-solving efforts

Ensure compliance with quality management systems and safety standards

Communicate progress, issues, and findings to supervisors clearly

Support continuous improvement initiatives in lab operations and efficiency

Perform assigned duties under supervision without decision-making authority
