Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Auditor who is bilingual in English and Mandarin to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive inventory audits within our warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and integrity of stock data across multiple systems. Your expertise will help optimize inventory management processes, support supply chain efficiency, and facilitate seamless communication between cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
- Perform regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using warehouse management systems and inventory software.
- Conduct root cause analysis for inventory variances, identifying process gaps or system issues.
- Utilize data mining, analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL to analyze inventory trends and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and merchandising teams to optimize stock levels, pricing strategies, and sourcing decisions.
- Support demand planning and production scheduling by providing accurate inventory data and forecasting insights.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives related to materials handling, order fulfillment, and shipping & receiving operations.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or supply chain issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution, inventory management, or supply chain analytics within a logistics or e-commerce environment.
- Strong technical proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms such as AS400 or SAP, and data analysis tools including Excel (data analysis skills), Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Nielsen data.
- Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with procurement processes, sourcing strategies, contracts management, and supplier relationship management.
- Valid forklift certification preferred; experience with materials handling equipment is a plus.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills in both English and Mandarin; ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong mathematical aptitude with experience in financial modeling, pricing analysis, demand planning, and supply chain management.
- Ability to handle heavy lifting when necessary and perform physical tasks related to materials handling or stock movement.
