Location: Jeffersonville, IN | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
Pay: $17.31/hour + $1.00/hour shift differential
Schedule (2nd Shift):
Monday: 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Tuesday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Saturday: 12:00 AM – 8:30 PM
ROLE IMPACT
Help ensure prescription orders are accurately packed, sorted, and shipped to retail pharmacies and customers in a fast-paced, climate-controlled distribution environment. Success in this role is measured by accuracy, productivity, teamwork, and adherence to standard operating procedures while supporting safe and efficient operations.
Pack, sort, and ship prescription orders accurately using established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Read computer-generated work instructions and select the correct items for packing and sorting.
Operate company-supported warehouse hardware and software to complete daily production tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with additional operational duties as assigned.
Work overtime when required to meet business needs.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to accurately read work instructions, perform basic math, and follow standard operating procedures.
Ability to lift 20–30 pounds, stand and walk throughout the shift, and safely perform warehouse tasks.
Equipment & Work Environment
Climate-controlled, semi-automated production environment.
Regular lifting of 20–30 pounds and movement of merchandise throughout the shift.
Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and carrying items over short distances.
Cross-training provided across multiple workstations.
Preferred Skills
Previous pharmacy or distribution experience.
Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset.
