Titan Consulting Group is hiring full time Sales Representatives to join our growing retail campaign team in Baldwin Park. This role is designed for people who enjoy face to face interaction have a competitive mindset and are looking to turn ambition into career growth.
You’ll be the face of our clients inside major retail stores engaging shoppers educating them on product benefits and helping them find the best solutions. No cubicles no cold calling just real conversations and real results.
Your Responsibilities
- Speak with customers in person to understand their needs and match them with appropriate products or services
- Provide product demonstrations and answer questions to build trust and value
- Track customer interactions and follow up on leads
- Achieve daily weekly and monthly sales goals
- Represent the brand with professionalism energy and positivity
