Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive rehabilitative care to patients in a hospital setting, focusing on recovery and functional improvement.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and progress.
- Document patient progress accurately and maintain detailed records in compliance with hospital policies.
- Educate patients and families on therapy exercises, safety precautions, and post-discharge care.
