Security Officer Patrol Concierge
As a Security Officer Patrol Concierge in Sunnyvale, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.

Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the sales floor, common areas, entry points, loading areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.

Monitor access points and observe customer and employee traffic patterns to help support loss prevention efforts and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or hazards to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with closing and opening procedures, crowd management during busy periods, and general support for security-related operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

X-ray screening experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
