More than a job — it’s a mission, a model, and a movement.
Paws for A Cause Vet Care is a mission-driven, nonprofit, full-service veterinary organization working to redefine what accessible veterinary care looks like in our communities.
We believe pets are family, and access to veterinary care should never depend solely on income, geography, or circumstance.
This is more than a traditional veterinary job — it’s a chance to help shape the future of accessible veterinary medicine.
We provide a sustainable, supportive work environment where veterinarians can practice good medicine without burnout.
Our team currently includes 6 full-time and 2 part-time veterinarians, and we are actively recruiting 2–3 additional veterinarians to support our growth. Our new 16,000 sq. ft. hospital features specialized Dental, Advanced Surgery, HQHVSN, and General Practice departments.
We welcome veterinarians who want to practice in all departments, and those who might prefer to just work in one department.
We are currently searching for a full-time Veterinarian who would thrive in our GP department. We are full service and see a wide variety of cases. We have 2 tech/assistants per doctor and an additional float. We usually have 3 doctors working the GP department every day.
New Graduates are encouraged to apply.
You are invited to be part of something bigger than a traditional veterinary job.
