MUST HAVE ESTIMATING, WATER & MOLD RESTORATION EXPERIENCE!! This highly reputable, Fast Growing Restoration Company is URGENTLY seeking top quality Working Manager to join the team! With their great reputation and continual flow of repeat/ new clients, they are in need of skilled, experienced and talented individuals like you! Require this manager to be hands on and work side by side with the crews. Experienced with a track record of contractors list and contacts. Will be required to generate operations and business development excelance. Salary depends on what you could bring to the table to create immediate impact.
Requirements:
- Experience- 5+ years restoration or construction
- Your time will be split 70% Operations and 30% Business Development
- Must demonstrate to ability to sell and produce jobs
- Hands on position so must have Tech experience
- Handle high pressure situations with calm demeanor
- Hire, mentor and train individuals that fit our culture
- Education: High School Diploma- GED/Associate's/ Bachelor's degree preferred
- Xactimate estimating experience preferred
- Great track record of supervising crews and being Hands on Manager
- IICRC certifications highly desirable not needed
- Computer and CRM proficiency
- Resources in other trades prefered
- Demonstrating sound knowledge in Water Restoration, Mold Remediation, Fire Damage Restoration and General Construction.
- Industries worked that you would fit right in would be Construction, Plumbing, Restoration, or HVAC
