Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fireplace Installer/technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation or trouble shooting/repair of various types of fireplaces, ensuring that each installation meets safety standards and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong focus on quality workmanship and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Install a variety of fireplace systems, including gas, wood-burning, and electric models.
- Natural Gas & Propane experience.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations.
- Ensure proper ventilation and safety measures are in place during installations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service throughout the installation process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Provide recommendations for fireplace maintenance and care to clients post-installation.
Qualifications
- Gas line experience. Propane & Natural Gas
- Mechanical repair experience
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with building codes related to fireplace installation is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot installation issues as they arise.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel to job sites.
