Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bench Woodworker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, assembling, and finishing custom wood components with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will contribute to high-quality live edge woodworking projects, including furniture, mantels, countertops, bar tops and shelves. Duties
- Measure, cut, join and plane slabs to meet project specifications.
- Build parts and create glue-ups to meet project specifications.
- Sand and prepare items for finishing.
- Perform quality inspections throughout the fabrication process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
- Communicate and work as a team to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist, when needed, in general shop responsibilities: material handling and kiln changeovers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, at all times, ensuring proper handling of materials and tools for safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in woodworking, carpentry, or related fabrication fields with a focus on custom projects.
- Proficiency with table saws, planers, hand tools, power tools.
- Familiarity with production shop procedures including heavy lifting and safety standards..

Pay: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour
