Pay: Starting at $45,000 per year, negotiable based on experience, plus 1-5% commision of everything you sale.

Artvidar Cabinetry is an emerging force in the U.S. RTA cabinet market, offering quality ready-to-assemble cabinetry solutions for contractors, remodelers, builders, dealers, and homeowners. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our presence with a new location in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Our goal is to provide customers with affordable, stylish, and reliable cabinet products, while delivering professional service, efficient order support, and a smooth pickup or delivery experience. We work closely with both trade professionals and individual homeowners, helping them find cabinet solutions that fit their project needs, timeline, and budget.
We are looking for motivated sales talent to grow with Artvidar Cabinetry and help build our customer base in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with RTA cabinet selection, layout needs, pricing, and order placement
- Follow up with contractors, remodelers, builders, dealers, and homeowners
- Prepare quotes and help customers understand product options
- Maintain customer relationships and generate repeat business
- Support showroom, phone, email, and walk-in sales
- Coordinate with the warehouse and order team to ensure smooth delivery or pickup
- Provide professional customer service throughout the sales and order process
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of sales experience in cabinets, remodeling, building materials, flooring, countertops, construction supplies, or another related home improvement industry
- Fluent English communication skills required
- Strong communication and customer follow-up skills
- Comfortable using computers, email, and basic quoting tools
- Ability to work professionally with contractors, builders, dealers, and homeowners
- Must be located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area
- Must be able to commute to Fort Worth, TX 76155
- Bilingual English/Mandarin, English/Spanish, or another language is a plus, but not required
Compensation:
- Base salary starting at $45,000 per year
- Base pay is negotiable depending on relevant industry experience
- Commission opportunities available based on sales performance
