Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Process cash transactions accurately using Toast POS system
- Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates based on current trends and guest feedback.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service during busy hours and special events like banquets or catering functions.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, spirits, and wine varieties
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and handle inquiries professionally.
- Experience in fine dining environments or hospitality industry experience that emphasizes professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ability to develop beverage recipes creatively while adhering to food safety regulations and food handling protocols.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing during service.
