Morning stand-up at our Denver HQ. Your bench is prepped in an ESD-safe workspace, and you’re hands-on with avionics and payload builds bound for routine stratospheric flights. You assemble electro‑mechanical subsystems for both production and R&D, then run semi‑automated tests to verify performance. When a signal trace isn’t behaving, you partner with Electrical Engineering to troubleshoot, document, and drive it to root cause. Throughout the day you follow work instructions, BOMs, and quality records with precision—and you keep pace with a startup’s changing flight schedule.
We’re a venture‑backed aerospace startup enabling routine, efficient access to the stratosphere with cutting‑edge balloon systems. Our data powers real‑time wildfire monitoring, urban mapping, and more—supporting commercial and government users including the Department of War (DoW), NASA, and others. Flight vehicles head to the stratosphere weekly. We’re a tight‑knit group of engineers and makers who value candor, inclusion, respect, and empowerment.
