Bright Home Energy is hiring an experienced Solar Installation Roof 2 to join our growing in-house installation team. We’re a Phoenix-based residential solar company that values quality workmanship, organized jobs, and taking care of our crews.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the completion of solar installations from start to finish
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards, AHJ code, and manufacturer specs
- Support all solar installation activities
- Follow the direction of the roof lead and crew lead
- Maintain a clean, professional jobsite
- Communicate clearly with the roof lead regarding progress or issues
- Follow all safety procedures and best practices
Qualifications
- 1+ years of residential solar installation experience
- Previous experience as a Solar Installer
- Strong roofing and solar installation knowledge
- Ability to work in Arizona heat and on pitched roofs
- Reliable transportation and personal tools
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Tesla systems (Powerwall, PW3, Tesla Inverter)
- SolarEdge systems
