You will work alongside a journeyman who will be head of your crew, with 1-3 other apprentices. We do commercial and residential construction, new and existing structures. We would like you to have your own tools, but it is not required. We will help in any way you need to obtain them. Please have your current/active apprentice card. We are looking for persons who are wanting to advance in their career, so taking your journeyman's test at some point is a plus. Pay is based on experience, and you will be eligible for a job performance review after 60 days, and at that point you can be considered for a raise.
