JOB TITLE: Propane Dispenser Operator/Cylinder Technician
JOB TYPE AND HOURS: Full-Time, M-F 8am-5pm
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Propane Dispenser Operator/Cylinder Technician primarily assists with inspecting, filling, recertifying, loading, and preparing propane cylinders, tanks, and equipment. Once knowledgeable in propane the right candidates will have other opportunities such as Delivery Driver or Service Technician.
RESPONSIBILITES: The P Propane Dispenser Operator/Cylinder Technician shall be able to perform the following:
· Inspect and fill cylinders for customers
· Recertify and repair propane cylinders
· Prepare, inspect, fill, and load propane cylinders and equipment for delivery
· Use forklift to move equipment around the yard
· Sand and paint used tanks, racks, and cylinders
· Organize and maintain the cleanliness of the yard
QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates for the position shall meet the following requirements:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· 1-2 years similar experience preferred
· Ability to perform the manual labor activities as described above
· Ability to accept direction and learn from others
· Forklift experience is a plus but not required
Propane experience is preferred
