The Master Teacher is looking for a Sales Consultant to help schools and districts across the country strengthen teaching and learning through our trusted professional development solutions.

This is a consultative sales role where initiative, persistence, and relationship-building drive success. You'll proactively develop new opportunities, build long-term partnerships with school and district leaders, and become a trusted resource for the educators you serve.
What You'll Do
- Own and grow an assigned sales territory by developing relationships with school and district leaders.
- Prospect for new business opportunities through research, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Conduct engaging virtual product demonstrations that showcase how our professional development solutions help schools achieve their goals.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-up and ongoing communication.
- Listen to customer needs and recommend solutions that best support their professional learning goals.
- Strengthen existing customer relationships through regular check-ins, renewals, and identification of additional opportunities.
- Accurately manage customer information and sales activity within our CRM system.
- Represent The Master Teacher at approximately 4–6 education conferences each year.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer success.
- Experience managing opportunities in a CRM system.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to travel approximately 4-6 times per year for conferences

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
