Prime Time Nutrition is seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Trainer to support training, consistency, and communication across multiple store locations. This full-time, hourly position plays a vital role in ensuring that store teams are confident, compliant, and aligned with company standards.
The Area Trainer serves as a liaison between the Corporate Office, District Manager, and store teams, facilitating the delivery of quality training, reinforcing policies, and fostering a positive store culture. This is a peer-level role that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and leadership through example.
Basic Functions
The Area Trainer provides ongoing field training, follow-up visits, and hands-on coaching to strengthen team knowledge, operational compliance, and customer experience. They support new hire onboarding, conduct refresher training, and communicate updates from the Corporate Office to store teams.
This position requires travel to stores within an assigned district (3-4 times per month per store) and close collaboration with the Corporate Office and District Manager to ensure company standards are consistently met.
Essential Duties
Training & Development:
· Train new and existing employees on company policies, SOPs, and service standards.
· Reinforce WIC and SNAP/EBT procedures, product handling, and online ordering steps.
· Lead hands-on exercises and role-play activities to ensure readiness and confidence.
· Track training completions and follow up on progress using approved company tools.
Communication & Compliance:
· Serve as a liaison between store teams, the Corporate Office, and the District Manager.
· Provide feedback on training effectiveness, store needs, and operational gaps.
· Submit detailed store visit reports that document observations and action items.
· Support campaign rollouts, operational initiatives, and corporate directives.
Culture & Representation:
· Model Prime Time Nutrition/Quickeroo’s Unconditional Standards and customer-first culture.
· Promote teamwork, professionalism, and accountability.
· Encourage participation in company programs and recognition initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
· 100% completion of required training modules by assigned store teams.
· Consistent, on-time submission of bi-monthly store visits reports.
· Reduction in WIC, SNAP/EBT, and online ordering errors.
· Improved employee confidence, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Job Type

Qualifications
· Experience: 3+ years in retail, grocery, or food service; prior training or coaching experience strongly preferred.
· Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
· Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills; ability to model professionalism and motivate others.
· Technical: Familiarity with POS system, online ordering, and training software.
· Other: Reliable transportation; ability to travel between store locations.
Physical and Scheduling Requirements
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in cold environments(~38°F)
· Frequent standing, walking, and bending throughout the workday.
· Monday – Friday availability (8AM – 8PM) with 2 required weekend shifts per month.
· Full-time, hourly position; flexibility required for travel and store coverage.
