About the Role
This is the digital heartbeat of our agency. Working directly alongside our President of Digital Marketing, you’ll execute the day-to-day across websites, social media, email campaigns, graphic design, and digital advertising for a portfolio of local business clients. You’ll be part strategist, part creator, and part project manager — with real impact from day one.
It’s hands-on, varied work with real people at the center of it. No two weeks look the same.
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, web design, or agency support preferred
- Hands-on experience with Facebook for Business, Instagram, and Meta Business Suite
- Working knowledge of Mailchimp and/or Constant Contact for email campaigns
- Proficiency with Canva for social media graphics and marketing materials
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and/or Google Search Console
- Experience with WordPress (page editing, content updates, basic plugin management)
- Strong written communication skills and a client-friendly, professional tone
- Ability to manage multiple client projects and deadlines at once
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a small team
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) and a curiosity for how they can sharpen your marketing work

What to Expect
- Create, schedule, and publish social media content for client accounts on Facebook and Instagram
- Build and deploy email campaigns using Mailchimp and/or Constant Contact
- Design social media graphics, email headers, and marketing materials in Canva
- Assist with building, updating, and maintaining client websites primarily on WordPress
- Pull and interpret reports from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads
- Register new client websites with Google, Bing, and Apple Maps during onboarding
- Serve as a supportive point of contact for a portfolio of existing hosting clients
- Identify opportunities to expand services for current clients
- Participate in client consultations and discovery meetings alongside senior team members
- Leverage AI tools where appropriate to improve efficiency and output quality
Nice to Have
- Experience with WiX or Squarespace
- Basic understanding of SEO/AEO principles (on-page optimization, keywords, meta tags)
- Familiarity with PPC campaign management
- Experience working in a client-facing or agency environment
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience

Pay: $20.00 - $55.00 per hour
