As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and personalized care to residents in an assisted living environment. Your primary focus will be to support residents with their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity at all times. You will work closely with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to monitor residents' health and report any changes promptly. This role requires a strong commitment to fostering a positive and respectful environment that promotes residents' independence and well-being. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute significantly to enhancing the quality of life for those under your care.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification recognized in the state of employment.
- Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
- CPR and First Aid certification. BLS-American Heart Association
- Basic knowledge of assisted living care standards and resident rights.
- Ability to pass a background check and meet health screening requirements.
- Ability to pass a Drug Screen
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
