Job Description:
We help our patients and visitors live well by providing a clean and safe hospital. As an Environmental Services (Housekeeping) & Patient Transport Supervisor, you would:
- Coordinate scheduling and staffing of EVS Techs and Patient Transporters.
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of frontline staff.
- Perform regular rounding and quality assurance inspections.
- Engage and motivate employees to complete their daily tasks.
- Provide onboarding and ongoing training/education to staff.
- Apply hospital and departmental policies and procedures
o Attendance, staffing, breaks, other compliance issues, etc.
o Staff evaluations and corrective action.
Required Skills:
- Excellent customer service & employee engagement skills
- Proficient and comfortable with daily use of computers
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Valid driver’s license is required

Compensation
Minimum Pay: $21.40
Maximum Pay: $32.10
