This opportunity is for a producer who wants their sales work to matter.
You will build a book of employee benefits business serving churches and faith-based nonprofit organizations across New England. These are mission-driven organizations doing meaningful work in their communities, and they need a trusted advisor who understands both benefits and purpose.
This is a true sales role. You will prospect. You will ask for business. You will earn broker of record appointments. And you will be expected to perform.
What you will do
- You will build relationships with existing church and nonprofit Property & Casualty clients while developing new connections with churches, camps, and ministries.
- You will prospect daily through calls, visits, and events, earn broker of record assignments, and manage your pipeline with discipline.
- You will be accountable to activity metrics and sales goals while delivering thoughtful, high-touch service rooted in trust and stewardship.
Who succeeds here
- You have at least two years of successful employee benefits sales experience, preferably with a retail agency or carrier, and a current Life and Health license
- You live in New England and are comfortable working remotely while staying active in the field
- You care deeply about serving Christian organizations and have a personal faith testimony
- You are coachable, self-directed, detail-oriented, and motivated by both impact and results
What this role is not
- This is not account management
- This is not referral-only selling
- And it is not a role for someone who avoids prospecting or resists accountability

This role is remote with consistent field engagement and reports to the National Director of Agency Alliances of Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Company.
