Molly’s is a new pub opening in Dover, NH, blending a grazing-style pub with entertainment and a community-focused atmosphere. We’re creating a warm, welcoming space for both locals and visitors, and we’re looking for skilled, guest-focused bartenders to join our opening team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences: recommend drinks, answer questions, and accommodate dietary needs.
- Prepare and serve beverages quickly, consistently, and accurately.
- Prep the bar before service and ensure it is fully cleaned, stocked, and organized at the end of each shift.
- Handle guest interactions with professionalism — resolve issues independently when possible, and escalate to managers when appropriate.
- Exercise sound judgment, balancing guest satisfaction with restaurant policies.
- Use Toast POS handhelds and terminals to process orders and payments efficiently.
- Learn the food and drink menu, including ingredients and allergy details, to confidently answer guest questions.
- Complete all sidework efficiently and accurately.
- Keep personal phones out of guest view while in service areas.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-first environment.
- Dependable, with availability on nights and weekends.
- Prior bartending experience and Toast POS knowledge are a plus — but we’re open to training the right person.
