Pacific Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking new therapists to join our team in the Seattle area! As a result of our continued growth, we are beginning the process of seeking outstanding therapists to fill treatment needs by working a hybrid schedule at our Bellevue office and your own home.

We are currently seeking passionate and highly skilled clinicians looking to advance their careers or seasoned professionals who want to offload the rigorous logistics of running an independent practice without losing independence, flexibility, and autonomy.
Training in couples therapy, certification in AASECT treatment standards, or strong interest in pursuing credentialing in one of these areas is preferred.
Desired Specialty Areas:
Couples therapy: Experience with Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) techniques, Gottman Method, or CBT couples therapy or willingness to achieve these therapy skills is desirable. Couples therapists will provide relationship and marital therapy services to couples and families experiencing emotional distance, distress, and lack of connection. Our clinic specializes in sexual heath. Experience in betrayal trauma, sexuality and intimacy and compulsive sexual behavior is a plus.
Sex therapy: Certification in AASECT treatment standards or strong interest in pursuing credentialing in sex therapy area is preferred. Sex therapist will provide services for intimacy, desire, and connection issues with individuals and couples. Will treat sexual dysfunction and other arousal disorders, as well as other presenting concerns related to healthy sexual functioning.
Individual therapy: Skilled in ACT, CBT, DBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Mindfulness, are desirable.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $205,000.00 per year
