Position Overview
The Franchise Business Coach (FBC) serves as a strategic advisor and operational partner to franchise owners across the Premium Service Brands system.
This role works directly with franchise owners to improve operational performance, increase revenue, and build sustainable, profitable businesses while maintaining brand standards and operational excellence.
The Franchise Business Coach supports an assigned portfolio of franchise owners and partners closely with them to review performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies that drive long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational advisor and coach to franchise owners within an assigned territory
- Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate operational performance and growth opportunities
- Analyze key business metrics including revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
- Provide coaching and strategic guidance to help franchise owners improve performance and achieve business goals
- Reinforce brand standards and operational procedures across franchise locations
- Conduct operational reviews and site visits to assess business performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Provide recommendations to improve service delivery, staffing, scheduling, and operational efficiency
- Support franchise owners in developing strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability
- Provide guidance on local marketing execution, sales performance, and customer acquisition strategies
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and potential business expansion
- Partner with internal teams including marketing, training, and franchise development to support franchise owner success
- Provide feedback to corporate leadership regarding operational trends and opportunities for system improvements
- Participate in franchise meetings, conferences, and operational workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred
- 3–5+ years of experience in franchise operations, multi-unit operations, or business consulting
- Experience working within a franchise system preferred
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret business metrics and operational data
- Ability to coach, mentor, and influence business owners and leadership teams
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Additional Requirements
- Work environment based in Charlottesville, Virginia
- Ability to travel approximately 25% to franchise locations
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel when required
